By accessing our website, joining the waitlist, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProspectorLytics is a lead prospecting platform designed to help web designers and digital agencies identify local businesses with outdated, broken, or low-quality websites. The Service is currently in pre-release, and features may change without notice as development continues.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about the Service. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to grant or deny early access at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Use lead data to engage in spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data from the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond its intended API

5. Intellectual Property
